2016 Technician Institute Schedule announced

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Jan. 26, 2016 – Thomas Built Buses has launched a new Thomas Built Institute Service Training in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, which will debut April 19-21 during the Canadian Pupil Transportation Conference. Later in the year, two additional Institutes will follow – Thomas Built Institute’s Service Training East May 17-20 in Greensboro, N.C., and Thomas Built Institute’s Service Training West August 16-18 in Denver, Colo.
“Our hands-on technician training is always popular,” said Mike Stotler, service education manager for Thomas Built Buses. “We are pleased to be able to add a Canadian location to our Institute round-up. Participants this year again can expect hands-on experience and the opportunity to brush up on their skills in less than a week.”
Participating technicians will be able to focus on either Type C or Type D models and will receive 28 continuing education credit hours.

To register for Thomas Built Institute in Canada, visit the Institute sign-up page. Early enrollment is recommended, as classes fill up quickly. Registration is limited to 100 participants to ensure small classes and personal attention. The cost is $325, which includes lunch and ground transportation. Registration closes March 18, 2016.
