HIGH POINT, N.C. – May 17, 2016 – Thomas Built Buses, a leading U.S. manufacturer of school buses, announced today that Kerlin Bus Sales in Silver Lake, Ind. and Omaha Truck Center in Omaha, Neb., are the latest Platinum Support certified dealers.

Both dealerships underwent rigorous service training in order to reduce vehicle downtime and lower vehicle life cycle costs for their customers.

Platinum Support, a collaborative effort between Thomas Built Buses and its dealers, focuses on improving the customer experience. Platinum Support dealers and their highly trained staff provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service.
