High Point, N.C.—Thomas Built Buses has selected Steve Hall to be its regional sales manager for the central region of the U.S., which includes 13 states. Hall brings to the job more than 14 years experience in the school bus industry. Most recently he served as national accounts and fleet service manager for Durham School Services, the third largest student transportation provider in the nation.
In addition to his experience working with Durham School Services and Maxon Lift Corporation, Hall served two years on the Texas State School Bus Specification Committee and was a member of the Chassis Writing Committee for the National School Bus Standards Committee. He holds a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas.

As regional sales manager, Hall will work to develop the Thomas customer experience at each dealership and will assist dealers with business planning and development. Hall will retain his current base of operation in Round Rock, Texas. The central region includes the states of Texas, Okalahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.
