PORTLAND, Ore., August 21, 2014 — Since its launch at the Mid-America Trucking Show in March 2014, Daimler Trucks North America’s (DTNA) new customer rewards program, Truck Bucks℠, has grown to a membership of more than 10,000 members. Owner-operators nationwide have been enrolling in the program at events, local dealerships and online. The program is also showing a robust redemption rate on a wide variety of DTNA parts.
Truck Bucks provides discounts on parts and service to program members who shop within the DTNA network of Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit™ and Thomas Built Buses locations. Through Truck Bucks, customers receive discounts and special product incentives automatically at check-out without the need for coupons.
“Truck Bucks lets us reward our customers for the parts and service they purchase every day. Plus, it also allows us to introduce owner-operators to new products and to the full breadth of DTNA’s aftermarket offerings,” said Ray Addison, marketing communications manager, DTNA Aftermarket. “Gaining 10,000 members in less than six months is a phenomenal accomplishment. But the savings that our customers are realizing is truly what gets us excited. This program is proving to be a real cost-saver to customers who purchase our products.”
Customers can sign up for Truck Bucks online at www.mytruckbucks.com or at a DTNA retail location.
